Client Weight Gain


The majority of the general publics health and fitness goals tend to be losing body fat.
Today’s post is for those who struggle to GAIN weight.
Here’s one of my clients amazing transformations which just goes to show, anybody if put on the right training / nutrition program with consistent efforts – will see some great results.
Hard gainers tend not to have a big appetite so basically I ensured nutrition came from low volume foods but contained high volume of calories.
