Ismael’s 4 Week Progress

A quick update from one of my online clients. Ismael has had a fantastic phase 1 using my training and nutrition protocol. We started at 99.5kg now into the 4th week, he’s down to 96.5kg and has dropped 3% body fat. I must stress that as a coach my main focus is dropping body fat not actual weight. Yes weight will come down but the main goal here is to preserve as much muscle as possible and shred the fat. With a solid training / cardio plan and nutrition, these three components are key. From week 1 to week 4 we haven’t drop his macros (calories) at all. He is still consuming 2400 calories per day and still dropping body fat in a safe and healthy manner each week, whilst only doing 20 mins cardio 3 times per week.
