I was on his 1:1 training program so we meet twice a week then eventually three times a week at the gym while he also worked and monitored my nutrition on a weekly basis. I handled my cardio by playing football 3 or 4 times a week. My initial goals were to lose weight and become toned but as time went by, my goals changed and I looked to build a bit more muscle.
